Robbies Park

When I close my eyes tonight, as I lie in my bed,
I hope my Smiling Robbie dream,is waiting in my head,
I hope that we will picnic,on a rug within the park,
Or take a gentle stroll to see the kiddies as they lark,
And try to find some people, just as glad as we,
And if we do,we'll glance and smile, and sit and have our tea.

Shall we walk in Woodhouse Park, when its coloured by the fall,
Carve our names upon OUR tree saying Robbie, saying Paul,
Find a cosy little nook,to hold hands and canoodle,
Act like carefree juveniles, throw yogurt at some poodle.

(not yogurt,,,its poetic licence)lol
