Relax massage instruction story

The art of massage, using squeezy type bottle of body lotion.
First relax in a warm room, dim lights and soft music sometimes help.Maybe flickering aromatic candles.
Make sure this is YOUR time and you are not to be disturbed.
Clear your mind of daily chores think relax,think flowers in a field

The body lotion should be at the right temperature, that is when it is the most effective.
You can test it, by squeezing about a half teaspoon full, onto the ends of your thumb and fingers and rubbing it slowly.Does it feel warm, thick and creamy and really smooth?.Then its just right.
Get yourself into a comfy position,hold the bottle, gripping your hand
around it firmly ,fist like,about level with your waist,so the opening of the bottle is facing your body, and start to shake it ,slowly at first, backwards and forwards away from you,and towards you, in a regular motion,slowly increasing the speed, back and forth ,back and forth, slightly faster
all the time,the idea is that the movements will bring everything to the correct temperature.Keep going faster.You will know you have the right rythm, your breast will begin to wobble and quiver,your arm will get tired, keep going just a little longer after that .Then hard squirt the bottle a couple of
times, at three second intervals,you should have two very large spoonfuls of creamy warm lotion on your abdomen area with little trails left trickling towards your pelvic bone.
Act fast,drop the bottle and plunge the fingers of both hands into the creamy spread, feeling it's texture and warmth,massage it around allover ,quickly ,all over,across your lower abdomen , top of your hips around and around , criss crossing your hands,feeling the softness and warmth,
feeling your hands glide,quickly move on around the inside tops of thighs, between your legs paying extra attention to your pussy lips and around your tight puckered ring , moistening and caressing every where until the whole of it has been spread and absorbed .
This should be repeated on a minimum weekly basis to ensure you are kept in your prime.This technique can also be used on the breast areas.
